We are moving soon and have decided to get rid of all our living room furniture.

We were just going to throw it all out, but considering the time of year, thought that maybe there would be some new college students looking for some free dorm furniture. We'd be more than happy to give them to anyone who would be willing to drive up to the Flint area to pick them up.

We have the following:

A very LARGE entertainment center with LOTS of shelf space - It's big, which doesn't fit into most dorm rooms, but it might. It's not the sturdiest of things, but I could easily see taking the wings off the sides, making it a decent TV stand.

A somewhat plush swivelling recliner - Part of the chair has been broken since we got it, so it leans slightly to the right, but I figure you could probably just cut away the swivelling part and it could work quite well in a dorm room.

A rather large poofy couch - The cushions seem to sink in quite a bit, but this might be improved. Other than that, it's really not a bad couch.
